Chain Harrows

Hi, I am looking to buy a set of Chain Harrows and have found a set that allows aggressive, passive and smooth, 4.5ft which can be towed for 199 pounds....
Does this price sound about right? Think they are around 58kg in weight..... :horse: :horse: :fc:
