Hi from Sue (darkbrowneggs)
« on: April 11, 2015, 12:11:12 pm »
Hi all - I occasionally drop by, but not having any stock or land now I feel I don't have much to contribute - though I do chip in if I think I can offer some info.

I am still traveling and still loving it - though currently I am parked up in a large garage awaiting repairs - hence time to use t'internet

I have almost caught up with writing up last year's adventures on www.theworldismylobster.org.uk and also discovered how to do YouTube clips for the photos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3ruSi9fP4ke7ZowPkn_BlQ

Plus started a new blog for 2015 at www.theworldismylobster.me.uk

Phoebe has settled to the travelling and, though still not keen, enjoys the attention and fuss she gets.  Hope you all have a terrific year, hatching, gardening , lambing and generally doing those things which gave me so much pleasure over the years.  :)

Hi Sue, things sound good with you. I have been checking out some of your pics and videos. I can't believe all the places you and Phoebe have visited. Keep in touch

Yes - its been great :)  originally I intended going over to the continent last autumn, but I realised how much more there was to see here, so I am staying this summer (hope to go to Ireland in June July time)  then maybe over the channel as the winter draws on (no pun intended)  :)

Those are looking really good. Let me have your contact details if you have hatching eggs or stock for sale as I still get enquiries through my Darkbrowneggs site and it would be good to have somewhere to direct them to.

Same goes for anyone else, especially if you are breeding from any of my stock lines - either the Dark Brown Eggs, Blue-Eggs, or Speckled Eggs lines.  I am particularly wanting to get in touch with anyone who had the last of my Copper Black French Marans - after my computer virus fiasco of last year I have lost all my contact details.  And that particular line was turning out to be really something special, huge meaty birds, quick developers, and good layers of extra large, extra dark brown eggs.  The foundation stock went to a guy in North Wales somewhere but I have lost his details.
