She'll be happier back with the flock and she can lamb through the spoon.  I haven't the experience with the harness so I'll let others advise you about that.

I'm not very experienced but we had one with a harness. Although they say they can lamb through the harness we did take ours off when we saw the signs. She lambed fine but did prolapse again when she went back out a few days later.

Ours have successfully lambed with a harness still on - the lambs drop into position for birth and this changes the fit of it anyway.  I would still take it off as soon as I was sure a ewe was lambing, though.

i had a spoon in one of my ewes for about 2 weeks before she lambed.  She had a milky white discharge, no smell, i am sure it is a normal discharge and you only notice it because of the spoon!!  I put her back out with the flock and she was fine.  When i noticed she was starting to lamb i untied the strings of the spoon and she popped it out, no prolapse and no prolapse during or after lambing.  2 giant ram lambs that i had to pull out, they honestly looked 2 weeks old as they hit the floor!  No wonder she prolapsed!!!
