Hello everyone.

I am not a smallholder but I have a 25kg sack of malted barley up for grabs if anyone can make use of it. I read somewhere that chickens can't digest it (?) but maybe someone with other livestock might want it.

I am giving it away because illness meant I was not able to homebrew for quite a while and I only like to use the freshest ingredients in my beers. It has been stored in dry conditions so it should be fine as feed - I will check it over before giving it to anyone.

I travel around the southwest and south Wales areas so could drop it off during work hours if you can be flexible about timings.
