Looking for someone who has a farm and sells pure mangalitsa meat. We need a shoulder for a charcuterie master class no later then end Feb, must be able to send it as we are up in Scotland.

Charcuterie master class sounds fun! Try these people (below) - they do mail order and having had some of their meat I can recommend them...

Yes would be interested, can you pm with details on how to contact you. We need a customised cut though for the shoulder not the usual cut a british butcher does. but pm me with your number, thanks.

We have a herd pure pedigree Mangalitza pigs in Aberdeenshire. We sent 3 big pigs away this week and will send another 3 away next week. Please PM if you are interested.
