It depends on what's causing him to scour. Has he been put on fresh grass? In which case it'll sort itself out, no need to worry about fly-strike at this time of year. Is he poorly in himself? Eating, drinking? If not himself then a course of antibotic will help.

When was he last wormed/fluked?

I had a badly scouring lamb who had been wormed and wasn't on lush grazing.  We think it was fluke (though I live on dry sandy land in Surrey).  He was the only lamb that was affected.  We treated with Combinex wormer and flukecide last week and he has stopped scouring.  We are keeping him and a friend penned up on hay for a while longer though.
