Due to some confusion at birth, Laddy escaped the rubber ring!
He has turned out to be a really nice ram lamb, so he would be an asset to anyone for breeding.
He has been lightly halter trained, but needs practice.
Unfortunately we can't keep him as most of our ewes are his sisters or mother, so he would end in the freezer.
He would be a really good ram for Hebridean flocks, or as a native breed, is an ideal ram to cover first time lambers.
We used his father on two Texel cross ewe lambs last year, and we have a cracking pair of lambs that won 4th prize at Turriff show for a crossbred ewe and lambs (despite mum only being 15 months herself) in the class with all the Texel/Suffolk crosses.
Please PM for more details or to come and see him.
