If you could be any body?
« on: June 22, 2014, 03:57:29 pm »
Hello everyone

I am curios about one thing (I know it's not related to pets, but this is the Coffee Lounge). If you could be any body (a celebrity, movie actor/actress), who would you like to be? Or, would you like to be someone else or not?
Me, for example, I would like to be Lauren Holly, or Angelina Jolie.

Now, another question, would you get plastic surgeries in order to look like a celebrity you like? I ask because nowadays lots of (teens, most probably) get plastic surgeries to look better in selfies, but also to look like their favorite celebrities.

So, who would you like to be? Or.. just you?

I don't want to be anyone else in particular but would have liked to choose a different career to the one I had.

I would have loved to be a dancer but i am useless at it so would like to be someone who hasn't got two left feet
Life is like a bowl of cherries, mostly yummy but some dodgy bits

Hmm, I don't think I'd like to be any celebrity, I would hate that kind of lifestyle! I am happy on my little island of 600 people!  :relief:

I do wish I was a successful author though, someone like Neil gamen or (dare I say it) jk Rowling but I would adopt a pseudonym. I'd like to produce world's where readers can immerse themselves. Terry pratchet is another favourite

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would want to be someone else ?
To wish to have made different life choices yes , that i can understand .
But even then , we did what we did , chose what we chose and are therefore where we are and who we are .
I am happy and content with being who i am , ( plenty of others may wish i was different) , but even after a life changing accident , that also changed me from who i was , i am content , and accept who i am , faults and all .
Are there any bits about me i would change if i could ?  Very few , and i would get banned if i said which ones (and by how much) , lol !

I like being me...Wouldn't mind another kidney and a new gall bladder, but what the hell...Life's sweet.

and as for the bad things that have happened, i would like to think i learnt from that….

most celebs live a life of wanting to be liked or worshiped…sad really,

I'd quite like to be my sister-in-law's dog, she lives the life of riley and has scrambled eggs cooked for her breakfast every day.

I'm happy being me and yes, I agree, we all have things in our past that we wish we hadn't but we can learn from them. I had an abusive husband and that was horrible but, through it, I have been able to support other women in the same position so it wasn't wasted.
