Digestive biscuits - (rare treat hard to find her) the pig and I have just finished a whole packet between us.  (The 4 legged pig not the OH).

Hmm depends on the situation ;D  for dunking it has be rich tea although I used to like lincoln but cant get them anymore! For a general biscuit then it has to be the digestive and for choccie bics it has to be penguins! Easier to ask whats not my favourite, thats easy Ginger Nuts! YUKK!!

It's a digestive base covered with white chocolate that has rice crispies in it - yum, yum  :yum:

Being an Aussie, I have a recipe for Anzac biscuits.  They are an oatie biscuit made with golden syrup.  They turn out flat and gooie.  But if you change it to maple syrup - they are flat and crispie.  I thought it was amazing.  Going to try with honey next time and see what turns out.
