Anyone going, anyone entered any poultry have you received your bumf yet. I entered online and have nothing yet is this normal.
Shetland sheep, Castlemilk Moorits sheep, Hebridean sheep, Scots Grey Bantams, Scots Dumpy Bantams. Shetland Ducks.

ill be their with the scottish ferret club :wave: will have to see if i can get a gander at the poultry tent, anybody got lg austrilorp birds or eggs? got broodies sitting so chicks would be good too
also looking for another ixworth cock, thoink my boy overworked  :relief:

I might go for a wander about the chooks and the sheeps and the crafts and the Highland ponies..  Wouldn't recognise anyone tho..

By the time I was free to get to the poultry tent the guys were dismantling the pens! Did speak to big chicken though, congrats  :excited:

Good day out - nice and sunny this year - as for results 6 1sts 2 2nds and a 3rd as well as best Large fowl ( and LF reserve)with big black orps, Best True Bantam with black dutch cock which was also  ;D Reserve show champion - had a little celebration last night :celebrate:

Well I went before reading these replies so didn't make it to zwartbles or ferrets, sorry, maybe another time :)

I did have a couple of interesting chats with folk showing sheep and the guy with the duck herding display.  Did 2 rounds of the poultry tent, one just looking then one with the catalogue flicking between pages.  Met a few of the pony folk I used to show with, but most in the rings were all new to me.  Went to see my woodturning tutor and chatted with a couple other guys that work with wood in different ways.  Only thing I bought was cheese, and lunch/coffees obviously but I managed not to come home with anything else except sore feet and a long wish list!
