Corner hay racks
« on: September 28, 2009, 09:53:16 pm »
I bought two zinc corner hay racks for the sheep shed last week. Unfortunately, I forgot that the corner posts are ex-telegraph poles so the hay racks don't fit (ARRRGH).

I paid £50 for the two - they are actually for haylage, so have small squares - and are really robust.

If anyone wants to make me an offer, PM me. They will be pretty expensive to post, so probably better to pick up.

Rosemary would they be any good for our Shetland pony as I keep falling out with his hay net stupid thing! If OK I would take one for the price you payed.

Yes, they are actually for horses so would be fins. No more haynets! Awful awkward things.

Happy for you to pick up or I can give it to Clare to take to Sheardrum.
