How disapointing ! I had expected to see this thread littered with comments on how the English beat the Scots yesterday. Maybe the English are not nationalistic , just just too PC and polite or simply have no wish to rub the noses of their Scottish neighbours in the mud of Murayfield ( again!)

Well I have to say, I wished that I had started on the wine yesterday.
I only watched the second half but really...dear god...words fail me.
Absolutely shocking.
Scotland wont get the wooden spoon as they'll not be able to catch it - they'd likely drop it.

Some butts had better be whipped on Monday (and I don't mean in that sense Mandy and Louise so behave yourselves  )

I don't enjoy rugby any more - the rules are too complicated and it's all stop / start - but I did see a wee bit on Saturday as I wandered through the living room, and the Scottish game seemed to be littered with "schoolboy errors" - like just dropping the ball. If they want to drop the ball, they can go play for the English cricket team

I was in a panic on Friday. The BBC transmissions moved to the new Astra satellite and we lost all the signals down here. Fortunately we brought an indoor aerial with us and tuned into the basic French TV. France 2 HD is showing all the matches fortunately -weren't Ireland impressive!
