Digestive biscuits are the devils work - there are used carpet tiles that taste better - and chocolate digestives are a waste of good chocolate.

chocolate ginger nuts for me ( though most things chocolatey are good).

I love home made ginger snaps but I have recently found tirimasu biscuits and I am addicted to them, they are great on their own and go well with ice cream especially home made  Tia Maria  ice Cream  ::)

Graham, I need a recipe for home made ginger snaps that I can adapt to make them gluten free. Can you post yours, please.
