What not to wear on a windy day
« on: January 06, 2014, 10:55:09 pm »
I had a hospital appointment this morning for a CT scan and wore a skirt and jumper. When I got back I decided to nip outside before rain showers to clear up after the  dogs. I had a lovely dull shovel of very soggy poo, when a gust of wind took the edge of my skirt and wrapped it round the entire shovel and contents.

Note to self: get changed before doing outside jobs, especially in the wind.

I don't wear a skirt often. Now I will probably wear one even less  ;D

my nice new waterproof brimmed hat that is great for keeping my face/glasses dry is a complete liability in high winds...

Oh no, thats horrible. Sort of thing that would happen to me but I rarely wear skirts, so it would be a coat or something!

A skirt ...... hmmm..... I wondered what those things in the back of my wardrobe were!    Think they better stay there!!

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

It is a wrap round skirt but this put a new angle on the name.
