I had my eye on the garage for the same reason. And that lawn could be converted into a paddock.

I reckon that there is about 6 acres of land that could easily be used for grazing.

pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.

if i had the money it would do fine, easily cut out a piggy palace in the woods, the lawns would do for goats, chooks would do fine in some of the woods as well...


and 32 acres of chainsaw playground!!!


and a pond now i need 500k and to convince mrs b that aberdeenshire is a good place to live,

According to surveys it's just about the best place to live in the UK. I think Shetland is better still...
(It's not that great a place if you don't have the money, though!)
