OH and I decided not to go with a sit down roast and veg Christmas meal - instead we ordered LOADS of different cornish cheeses  :excited:

I made a pork wellington (home reared pork tenderloin with a leek mash coating all wrapped in a sort of shortcrust pastry) which is FAB cold, so we have been indulging in slices of that, interspersed with cheese, then with ginger and treacle traybake, or homemade mince pies, with clotted cream, or cornish ice cream, or both  :excited:

Definitely feel a few  :innocent:  pounds heavier than last week....

Only another week to go then it's back to working it all off til the next time!

Rusty inspired me to hop on the scales and I think I have gained 5 pounds since september ish. 12 stone 10 pounds now and a few inches taller than you Rusty but I still feel guilty saying yes to the offer of xmas pud that Chris is serving up.
Wood cutting next week so I should shed half a stone with no problem

I am honestly going to move the rowing machine into the living room this next week so that I can row on a night instead of beaching on the sofa  :P .  I have said it for the past few years but 2014 will be the year to do it  ;D

If you rig up the machine to the TV you can produce electricity to watch the TV while losing all your excess weight...!
