Hey there, my name is Rebecca,
I've grown up on a farm all my life and now setting up my own smallholding! I am very passionate about where my food comes from and hoping to create a situation where I can be semi self sufficient!
I am mad about pigs (both to eat and as company!) and looking to keep a few for personal consumption and possibly to sell.

Looking forward to some great help and advice :)

Hello and welcome (from another newbie!)

I completely understand what you mean about being passionate about where your food comes from, we feel exactly the same  :)

 and welcome from Shropshire. I love pigs too and would have them if I had space and if my husband hadn't threatened to walk out if I did. My goats are here under sufferance.  ;D

Welcome from Germany too....I would love pigs but around here they are stupidly expensive compared to the bought pork....so we eat lots of lamb.
