Half a pig butchered,

Boned shoulder
Shoulder on the bone
Leg of pork
Rolled loin
Loin on the bone
Pork chops
Chine chops
Chine steaks
Sliced belly
Rolled belly
Rib sets
Hocks & Trotters

30kg of meat for £80.00 baged and labeled. Fresh not frozen.

Collection from the NG22 area just out side newark.

Wow that works out at 2.66 kilo cheap even by French standards.  Bargain.

Yep its allot cheaper than my usual (pedigree) meat.

These lot are from my batch of commercial pigs, the rest are pure large white. I sent in the first batch to the abattoir last week and got killed on price for the crosses too fatty apparently!! Just because there not super lean like the large whites!

Needless to say anyone who actually appreciates that fat bastes the meat as it cooks and gives it a better flavour will be over the moon with the meat!

Normally my pigs are sold months in advance of slaughter but these have thrown a spanner in the works so to speak!
