We've got a mature medlar tree that fruits well - close on 300 fruits again this year. I've just picked them and they'll be bletting for a wee while but then have you any suggestions of things to make with them?

I made medlar jelly and medlar and lemon jelly last year - both lovely but still got quite a lot left.
