Hi from Suffolk
« on: November 04, 2013, 05:34:54 pm »
I have just joined the site as I am trying to re home a couple of gorgeous cockerels! I live in the Stowmarket area and just keep a few (started as four, now 19)! chickens and as I have a rather large natural pond have started to keep ducks although there are a number of wild ducks on the pond and a moorhen family! I think I may have to look at renting a bit of land though as I have caught the small holding bug! Well that's me, anyone local who would like to meet up and share experiences, just let me know. Thanks.

Hi and welcome from Lawshall, between bury and sudbury.
You are more than welcome to pop over for coffee and a chat, we only have an acre but have a few goats, 2. Small ponies and fatten a couple of weaners in the summer, and most years a couple of bottle fed lambs.
Look forward to meeting like minded people.
Best wishes and good luck
Louise

 and welcome from Shropshire where I only have a back garden. I would love more land but, due to disability, am unable to manage more. It is addictive though and so is this forum.
