big problem its been warm for a long time and it just hits you ,I went out this morning minus 2 boltic

I'm back in Spain after 5 days in th yUK back to tee shirts shorts and sandals 8)
I'm a happy bunny, keep those feet and your neck warm, then no problems

I'm diabetic TYPE 2  .. The problem of the body cells being open and giving off heat make cold weather very difficult for me .
I also have peripheral neuropathy which is due to reduced circulation in legs feet hands and arms I don't have cold skin but it certainly feels like it .
 I spent years like this before I was eventually diagnosed after 10 yrs or more of tests that said yes you are ...  no you aren't diabetic.

 
 Deffo go and see your doc (  you might not be a weird as you think you are  :roflanim: )
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting
