Hello from Carmarthen
« on: October 08, 2013, 10:33:14 am »
Thought it was high time I registered, been lurking for a while and kept meaning to make it 'official' but just never got round to it, until now :)

We moved here, to Alltwalis - about 8 miles north of Carmarthen town - from Bracknell in Berkshire in February 2012.  Made the move with our 2 youngest sons now 14 and 16, eldest son flew the nest when we moved (stayed behind in Bucks for work) and our daughter is in her 3rd year of Uni in Sussex.

We have 8 acres here and have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 48 chickens, 13 ducks, 4 sheep, 3 alpacas, 4 geese, 23 turkeys, 4 kune kune pigs and a corn snake.

We are still complete novices but I hope to be able to join in with discussions and we'd love to get to know and meet other people.

Lisa

Hi Lisa and welcome to the forum  . I also moved to Carmarthenshire in Feb 2012. Certainly no regrets.
