Help with a Project... Newborn lamb measurements?
« on: October 17, 2013, 02:02:19 pm »
I need help with a top secret Project  ;) It will become apparent at a late date.

BUT For now I ask if any of you lovely people have measurements or rough ideas of new born lambs. Ideally I'd like all types of breeds and sizes most definitely commercial lambs too. I need the measurement from the base of the neck to the top of the tail (along its spine basically)  A rough idea, doesn't need to be dead right. In cm, mm or inches whatever suits you.

Hope you can all help  ;D

Are you knitting them coats?  Two of my tiddy lambs had jackets this year. I really must crack learning how to add photos to posts ::) ::)

Measure the red plastic jackets you can buy from the farm supplies store. They are aimed at commercial newborns.
