Extend crop I think

Stuck and a bit worried:
We have a couvier moran with a very large crop, it isn't eactly hard as u can move it but it is low. She appears now to be off her food. What do I need to do please.
She is on pellets and allowed to wonder. (No picked grass or hay) I feel like Ive missed something though. Thanks
