Ginger Pig and her two Kune Kune pals made the trip this morning.

In comparison to last year when I cried my eyes out, to say I'm relieved this time that we actually got them to slaughter after the hassle of the summer, is an understatement! We've yet to taste kune kune meat but I'm looking forward to our first experience.
We've also been thinking that based on what everyone said here about their experiences with erysipelas and the fact that the kunes didn't catch it, I do wonder whether ery that was the problem at all, or whether the health issues we had were specific to those two weaners...
Lambs go tomorrow

nothing happens to them overnight!
