What about these?

which have locking lids in case I am on the move.  Most of the pots seem to be designed for family use, and I don't want to cook in bulk and freeze.  These looked about right for one.  They are nice a light - though not what I would normally choose stylewise

Then I could wrap them in a towel or two and put in this?

Does this sound like a good plan?

PS would this be easier to store when not in use

I think the answer is no.

The hot pot things are described as food warmers, but I think it's an error in translation - they seem to be like thermos flasks, to keep hot food warm.

I got great use out of my pressure cooker when we lived in the caravan. It is economic on the gas and creates less steam - very important in a caravan or mobile home as condensation is a challenge. You can pot roast a whole dinner in one too or make an egg custard, they're so versatile.
