We will soon have some of our Ryeland lamb for sale, if you would like half a lamb it is priced at £85 including delivery across the UK, or £70 if you pick up from Hereford.  If pre-ordered you can specify exactly how you would like it cut (I'll send you a form to fill in, nice and easy!).  Depending on how many half lambs we sell we may also have some chops and roasting joints available, I will update once I know.
