HM's pigs seem to be truly free range.

How's the weather over there Kate?

It's getting a bit blowy here.

Yeah, go on HM - I always thought it was my eyesight and surely that's not a "bed" Hilary is walking about on! But......now I know it IS a bed....you HAVE to tell the story. ;D

Truley horrible! Windy, wet and cold. It has been quite refreshing to have sunshine over the past few days. Have been able to refresh bedding and do a bit of pig petting! They really miss the contact and in this terrible weather they hate coming out and so do we.  So lots of belly rubbing has been going on here adn we have all enjoyed it.

Your little ones have been very sensible and prefer to play inside and haven't really ventured out at all. Not following mum around at all, they call her in and she obediently comes when called. In comparison, Vanessa's litter that were born during the dry sunny spell were out the day after they were born playing in the sunshine.

Anyway, fingers crossed for better weather for the Easter weekend - haven't seen the forcast yet so living in hope!

Kate

Blinkers, it is a bed, its actually our bed.  Hilary opened the door and came in, Martyn managed to get the photo.  The sequal is that about 2 days later Hilary let the piglets in to our bedroom, and it was only because I slipped and frightened them that I was unable to get the picture of them bouncing on our bed (honestly).

Pumpkin is very free range, (mainly because I forgot to put the electric fence back on again) and often pops in for a snack.  The yoghurt was mine!!!!

HM we are on the outskirts of Fontenay, between St Hilaire Du H and Mortain.

It's a bit of a wreck but it's home, or will be when it's finished.
