I won't be able to come, as haven't got cover for school run... so no new sheep this year (but some nice grey Shetlands in the catalogue  :( )... maybe Carlisle better option as on Saturday and easier to get to than Lanark.

Oh yes, I'll put money on that  ;) ;D

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it (OH's got the car for work and I've got kids/reiki to do  :()
But if anyone wants a wee detour, you're more than welcome to come here (I might even attempt the salted caramel & chocolate tart recipe I have  :innocent:)

Look forward to maybe meeting a few of you. My Shetlands are all tucked up in there holding pen at the market with a bit of feed and water all ready for the sale tomorrow. Up early to load up poultry and get to the mart early to see to my sheep. Shetland Sheep Society having their agm and a ceilidh at mart tonight so there might be a few sore heads in the morning.
Shetland sheep, Castlemilk Moorits sheep, Hebridean sheep, Scots Grey Bantams, Scots Dumpy Bantams. Shetland Ducks.

Do they publish the sale prices anywhere?

I'm interested to see what the Scots Greys sold for, first two lots in the poultry?

Beth

Fleecewife and fleecehusband cunningly left their money at home so didn't buy even a hen or two.

But SALLY spent a lot, even pursuing a vendor home to buy more  :roflanim:
