I just rang them to enquire about the Icelandics - their website says,
Quote
FRIDAY - FRIDAY 30th AUGUST AT 10.00am SALE OF RARE AND MINORITY BREEDS OF CATTLE, SHEEP, GOATS, PIGS, POULTRY comprising -Sheep- 2 Black Welsh Mountain, 8 Shropshire, 33 Jacobs, 34 Zwartbles, 1 Hebridean, 26 Ryeland 2 Kerryhill, Icelandic, 28 Cross bred Sheep. 5 Highand and Belted Galloway Cattle, 1 Lllama,10 Goats, 8 Pigs,1 Clydesdae Filly 268 lots of Poultry and Waterfowl.
but there are no Icelandics - nor Kerry Hills nor Llamas, come to that - in the catalogue.  (Edited to say the llama is there, I didn't see it first time through.)

"Och, no," said the chap who answered the phone.  "I know there aren't [any Icelandics or Kerry Hills] because I was asked to take them out of the adverts.  Can I ask which advert you saw them listed in."

"Err, on your website.  Immediately above where I downloaded the catalogue."

You can hear embarrassment, I have discovered.  ::)

This should link to more details of the Shetlands.  So far it's just a few but more vendors might yet add details of their sheep for sale so keep checking.

Also by reading their reg number you can find out about their pedigree on the S S Society site ( on line flock book.) hope that helps. Further update the lambs seen not to be in the flock book yet.  dear, dear, finger out please this is pretty important to lots of people.

Hopeless, aren't they!  I've been in touch with the Icelandics lady and they are definitely not entered.
