Survey doesn't work :-(

Question one won;t allow you to put text in the "Other" option without first selecting an otpion.... which rather negates the point of having an "other" option IMHO.

So couldn't get beyond question 1

Well, you are definitely a member of the public, so I would tick that and then go on to fill in "other". It's not made very clear, but then, questionnaires rarely are. (Specialist in filling in stupid application forms online!)
