Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.

Very nice but for that price I would want very nice, I love the kitchen and the views, too big for us and far too expensive...all I want is a nice shed :eyelashes:

For that money I'd want more than 22 acres too but I could do without the posh house, way too much council tax and housework involved in that size place  ;)

But I am the kind of person that when viewing or visiting somewhere always gets more interested in the steading and land than the house, no matter how nice it is or otherwise..  Came back from lots of visits raving about other folks' outbuildings but couldn't remember what colour walls they had or anything about their kitchen style..  :innocent:

We bought out place 17years ago. have to say it was the outbuildings and land that interested me. Could not have said if asked what the house was like. OH took a video at the time we looked and only when showing it to my mother did I take in the inside of the cottage. Just like me, ponies welfare first then ours.
