Mushrooms

we have a massive crop of mushrooms this year, 3 of us where in the field for 10Min's and we filled 2 buckets without even scratching the surface .
So what can we do different with Mushrooms, you can only eat so many fried mushrooms or mushroom stroganof

Not exactly different but if I have loads I do a large batch of mushroom soup and freeze plenty of portions.

We pick our first mushroom this morning  :thumbsup:
I say we because I spotted it and sent the other half to pick it. I can't eat them I have a very unpleasant allergic reaction to them :'( .
