I saw this one a few weeks ago on another forum and offered to put in a joint bid with friends if they took lot 1 and I got lot 2 and a wee log cabin but their buyer pulled out and mine isn't on the market so I reckon someone else may get there first ;)

Couple of good restaurants I think, Peat Inn and the Inn at Lathones if it's still on the go?  Thought I might finally get a part time job in walking distance making lattes, my perfect career move  ;D and eventually retire to Elie or Anster and walk on the beach..

I worked in peat inn and the folks I worked for told me the restaurant used to be a pub then made into a fancy restaurants and locals were not made welcome if they just went in for a drink, Seems like a loss of an asset which was of benefit to the community. But a nice part of the country and I believe a sought after area so would think it will sell well.
