Daisy's long awaited baby

Our new arrival, healthy billy born this morning. Mum and baby doing fine, on the other hand I am an absolute wreck  :tired: but happy  :excited:
keeper of goats, sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, goldfish and children, just don't ask me which is the most work!

Mine only kidded a few weeks ago, I wondered if it was ever going to happen, almost gave up?!

Have you had any other kids this year?

he is lovely, so sad to think he won't be staying for long  :(
he's our only kid this year but well worth the wait and he arrived at the same time as our sunshine so secretly calling him sunny as we don't tend to name those that are going to that happy paddock in the sky...lol

he's a little monkey, keeps hiding from mum under the milking stand so have removed his wee hiding place as it was driving her nuts trying to get his to come out.
The poor wee soul is probably hiding so mum will stop trying to clean him, he is spotless but he hasn't passed the daz doorstep challenge as far as Daisy is concerned..lol
