Oh dear, I think once into 10 families (10% ownerships) and double figures of kids the place may be a bit crowded for me

I don't mind summer visiting in rotation but all those folk moving in full time, I don't know, I've only got one couple next door here and she's talking of selling next year and the idea of one unknown new neighbour/couple/family is scary enough!
There again, the anxiety over changing neighbours might be incentive to sell up now while there are lovely ones who like ponies and buy eggs and don't complain about muddy gateways in front of their kitchen window or the cockerel crowing or the stallion "working" every 10 minutes at ungodly o'clock outside their back door..
Anyone want a 10 acre holding in Fife with mature orchard, veg plots, hen run, 4 paddocks and an old pole barn that needs the extension re-roofed or potentially a new barn built if you had the funds and wanted bigger/better.. But conditions of sale includes waiting for entry til I secure the island or somewhere else to move to - 12 ponies at livery for 6 months plus 3 cats in a cattery and rent on a cottage for me and my sale money might have run out before I got anywhere
