As I have the big kill tomorrow, wanted to refresh my brain on the method of dressing a chicken.

Spoiled brat. Poor chicken is very stressed.

Dressing a chicken- not easy and 20+ I am just getting the hang of it Floyd. Last took 20 minutes after plucking. I won't be doing it for a living then!
