Kune kune sausages - Fife
« on: July 01, 2013, 02:08:46 pm »
We will be sending off 2 fully grown Kune kune pigs on 9th July  :'(  and having the majority of the meat turned into sausages (by the butcher, not by us). I have a feeling there will not be enough space in our freezer so am offering some for sale. Not sure on flavours yet, most likely just plain and Cumberland unless anybody wants anything more exotic. £10 per kilo, to be collected from us in North Fife.

Minicks. It was the last day for pigs at St Andrews today. Close for good on Friday. I think we were pretty lucky to get them in, both the abattoir and Stuart Minick seem rushed off their feet

I need to call Stuart about post St Andrews arrangements.

Will check the freezer 'cos our boys aren't ready to go for a wee while yet.
