Goats milk cheese, just made my first attempt..turned out good with chives
4 litres goats milk.. Heat to 82 deg C
Add half a cup of cider vinigar
Gently stir
Leave for 15 mins
Strain through muslin and leave to drain for half hour
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a handful of chives
Put in a mould or roll in the muslin and hang for 5 hours to dry out
Spread on toast and shove it in ya gob lovely
