Found an Eblex leaflet on salting sheepskins

If that link stops working, it's (currently) listed on the Better Returns - Sheep Literature page under 'Action for Profit Sheets'

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cow, beef cattle, pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
