I'm a back garden chicken raiser. My first love is the Appenzeller and we have a Blue, 2 Blacks a Chamois and a bunch of boys - I'm hoping to get some healthy silvers and gold girls in my next hatch.
We've hatched out a lemon spangled boy who will need a new home and it would be great to link up with other Appenzeller fans

Thank you - the Marans we had from you are lovely and sturdy and the one Appenzeller is running happily with them.

Welcome! I've got a few Orps at the moment but looking to get a few other breeds. Not sure about Appenzellers though - seem a bit flighty for me. There was somebody who posted not so long ago in the poultry section who keeps them so you won't be alone,
