Beekeeping Course at Palacerigg.

We are running a 2 day intensive beekeeping course at Palacerigg Country Park in Cumbernauld. (G67 3HU) on Saturday 18th May and Saturday 15th June. 9.30am to 5.30pm both days.
The tutor is Tom Cooper, a very knowledgeable and experienced beekeeper who grew up on a bee farm.
The course will cover the bee year, making honey and other products, equipment, bee biology, regular checks plus disease and swarm control. A Saturday hands on session will be included at the end of the course with Palacerigg's own bees. Price is £75 or £60 for concessions. Places are limited. To book your place, phone 01236 720047.
