This little one arrived yesterday, after being found by our farmer friend in a bucket of water in the early hours of the morning  He wasnt expected to live as he was cold couldnt stand or even lift his head  up and wouldnt feed.
He is in the house and  36hrs later he is taking bottles, very active and loving the attention he gets from the yorkies and actualy sucks their noses when they wash his face  .
He can now jump out of his box ,so will have to think about moving him into the stables with the others if the weather stays nice

Geofrey is a great name for a sheep.

I had a ewe with a bad leg living in the garden a few years back.  We called her Jeff - as in Mutton Jeff.

Those  2 dogs love him , yet when they go down the stables they totaly ignore the other lambs and goat kids

Well it seems geofrey has a friend coming this morning.  A ewe has just lambed twins and they have lost her and 1 of her lambs , Thankfully we froze loads of Colostrum when the goats kidded so its coming up here
