Twins
« on: April 03, 2013, 10:18:24 am »
We had twin girls around 7.30 this morning. We missed the actual birth (again) despite checking several times during the night and nothing doing.
Mum is white as was the ram but we have had one white (Tina) and one coloured girl (Tilly)  :excited: :excited:

Great news Sally.  Will have to visit again soon.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Mammyshaz, I meant to post a pic at the time but in all the excitement I forgot. It isn't a great pic as I didn't want to disturb them too much.

Wonderful news! Ours always like to give birth in private too.  You can watch for hours and see nothing.  Go and make a cup of tea and they produce before you've even got the kettle on!

Mammyshaz, thats definitely going to be my problem but I don't have enough land to keep them all, if any. Its going to be a terrible wrench when I have to make a decision.

congratulations, they are just adorable. We've had a coloured ewe lamb from white parents this time and her twin brother is white.
