Wessex Gander (not Gender!) swap or looking for a good home
« on: March 27, 2013, 02:19:05 pm »
Hello everybody! I have a Wessex gander that I would like to find a good home for. He is a handsome fellow 9 months old and is friendly! Ideally I would like to swap him for a goose but if somebody would like to give him a good home that would be fine as he is fighting over my goose with the other gander. He is at Pilton near Glastonbury and I could deliver locally. I would be happy to swap him for a specked marram hen if anybody has one.
Here's hoping.

She's fine and dandy thank you!
I would love to home your gander but I have nothing to swap at the moment :(
Will you be doing hay again this year, I want to get lots in ready as my numbers seem to keep increasing ;D

Ironically a 'Gender' swap would be the solution to my problem (regarding the geese that is)!

BTW what is a Wessex gander? I've never heard of them - is it a rare breed? Just curious! Hope the new home works out...
