Hello Phil

I've moved this to the marketplace forum, and deleted the three duplicate threads posted around other forums. Good to see you've acquired the rights to the book and made it available.

You should really get someone other than a family member to review the book on Amazon though, it always looks suspicious even though I'm sure it's a fantastic book.  ;)
