Curry has gone
« on: February 04, 2013, 11:10:48 pm »
To all those sceptics who thought I couldn't do it, Curry went for slaughter this morning.  Ok, I admit that Debbie Dogwalker actually took him but I let her.  I coped better than I thought I would until the other tow started calling for him this morning and that nearly finished me off.

Next time will  be easier.

  Well done you  for following it through.  He has gone for the purpose he was intended from the start.
( It really brings home to me how hard this must be after following his mischief on here over last year  I have admiration for you.  )

Oh

Must be really hard for you as he's been a big part of your life for a while now, I too have admiration for you. I will have to do the same at some point with a male kid x

How brave. Well done.

I have my first 2 boer boys who are now 10 months old and I am so fond of them.  They have such characters.  I get as far as thinking that I will phone up the abbatoir but thats as far as I get.  I tell myself when the next batch of kids are born I will not get attached.

I am bad enough when I sold the girls on in the summer.

I find it's easier to do it if the boys are up to no good and you get a bit   with them, then it's easier to think 'that's it, they have to go' and you know it makes sense.  That doesn't always co-incide with the abbatoir booking system though  :-\

I think you did very well too.

It was the very trusting way my little billy kid followed me into and then out of the trailer that got to me.
