Well I'm up and running today. Delegation is the word. I supervise he works.
The two goats had their feet trimmed and two dogs went for their annual vaccination. Goat house & 3 chicken sheds cleaned along with the goose house.
Recoperation is the name of the game.
Seriously it's quite a bit better today, just having to watch what I do or it hurts like mad.
