registered soay, castlemilk moorit  and north ronaldsay sheep, pygmy goats, steinbacher geese, muscovy ducks, various hens, lots of visiting mallards, a naughty border collie, a puss and a couple of guinea pigs

There's a wee bit on my front paddock - not quite enough for a snowman, maybe a few snowballs though. Lane a bit slippy.  Will have to spread some grit. Must get out dogs need a run.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

I'm in Carmarthenshire on highish ground. We have had about 3 inches here so nowhere near as bad as those in South Wales. .
Judging by the forecast its just going to be very cold here but not much more snow.

Barely a covering here in north Cumbria.  We've got off lightly so far.
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

We have still got the couple of inches that fell on Tuesday here in Suffolk, nothing fresh to speak of in the last 24 hours, they say we will be getting some Sunday off the North Sea. I also have a disappointed teenager. Waters all very frozen though so lots of bucket carrying, but beautiful scenery

We have a couple on inches nothing to worry about unless the wind gets up. More due on Monday though. Watching the news on TV you would think it was a disaster. People need to learn to drive in it and be prepared. think of all those trying to keep roads open.

Hardly any here too, outside Falkirk. There was a shower last night, but much has melted in the sun- fields are green. Was snowing in Lanark at the Scottish national poultry show though!
