We are currently taking orders for 1/2 or whole Zwartbles butchered hogget. The lambs will be hung for at least a week for ideal texture, and we expect to have the next batch ready for early February.
Superb quality and flavoured meat, leaner than most lamb, we receive excellent feedback from customers about the unique quality of this meat. Being lower in fat that most lamb it is also really enjoyed by children too.
Large carcases and joints can be split into 2 or 3 or 2 with additional leg chops etc. 
Half lambs price £75 for at least 12kg meat, additional £5.00 per full Kg above 11kg.
Whole lambs price £140 for at least 24kg meat, additional £5.00 per full Kg above 22kg.
The lamb will be butchered by Walls butchers at Craven Arms and we could arrange to deliver locally
